public class AugmentBlocksPlugin
extends JavaPlugin

Augment blocks: blocks that carry an AugmentBlock component, declaring the augment tags they grant per level (the flat list at level 0, each upgrade level's list replacing it). All such blocks are indexed in a KDTree spatial resource so any block can resolve which augment tags are active nearby without scanning the world. Augment tags are their own runtime concept, unrelated to asset Tags.
