Class GroundFollowPhysicsConfig

java.lang.Object
com.hypixel.hytale.server.core.modules.projectile.config.StandardPhysicsConfig
com.hypixel.hytale.server.core.modules.projectile.config.GroundFollowPhysicsConfig
All Implemented Interfaces:
NetworkSerializable<PhysicsConfig>, PhysicsConfig

public class GroundFollowPhysicsConfig extends StandardPhysicsConfig
Standard projectile physics plus terrain following: instead of colliding with the ground, the projectile snaps to the surface ahead each tick, climbing up to MaxClimb blocks and dropping up to MaxDrop blocks. A taller wall or deeper cliff ends its course and runs its miss chain there (e.g. a ground wave erupting where it stops). Server-side movement only: spawn ground-follow projectiles unpredicted (e.g. LaunchAbilityProjectile); a predicting client would simulate them as Standard.

      public void apply(@Nonnull Holder<EntityStore> holder, @Nullable Ref<EntityStore> creatorRef, @Nonnull org.joml.Vector3d velocity, @Nonnull ComponentAccessor<EntityStore> componentAccessor, boolean predicted)
      Description copied from interface: PhysicsConfig
      Called to apply the physics to the given entity store holder.
      Specified by:
      apply in interface PhysicsConfig
      Overrides:
      apply in class StandardPhysicsConfig
      Parameters:
      holder - The entity holder of the projectile.
      creatorRef - The entity reference of the instigating entity.
      velocity - The initial velocity of the projectile.
      componentAccessor - The ComponentAccessor<EntityStore> for component access.
      predicted - Whether the physics is being applied in a predicted context.
