Feeds the client HUD display of hardcore lives next to the health bar.

The display shows the shared pool in a pool mode and the player's own count otherwise. HardcoreLivesHud.ShowOnJoin sends the count as a player is added to a world, HardcoreLivesHud.ShowOnChange pushes each write of a player's PlayerLives, and the death flow fans out pool burns itself.
