Asset validation of how rune items use ability keywords. Keywords are authored promises (a rune tagged Aoe promises an explosion the AoE rune can scale), and nothing at load time ties them to the cast chain, so a wrong keyword lets a support rune slot and do nothing.

Runs only with --validate-assets (CI and the ci scripts), like the instance validation, so a normal server boot pays nothing for it. Findings are logged at Level.WARNING and the contract violations fail the LoadAssetEvent.
