public class TriggerVolumeTagCommand
extends AbstractWorldCommand

Sets or removes a runtime tag on a trigger volume from chat, mirroring ModifyTagsEffect. The mutation goes through TriggerVolumeManager.setTag(String, String, String, Ref, UUID) / removeTag, so it enqueues the same TAG_ADDED/TAG_REMOVED events that effects react to.
