public class PendingStreamHandler extends io.netty.channel.ChannelInboundHandlerAdapter
Handler for new QUIC streams that have not yet identified their type. The first packet on the stream must be a StreamOpen packet, which identifies the stream type and triggers the appropriate handler setup.
