Shared flow for the trigger-volume load benchmarks: capture the pre-spawn tick-length baseline, spawn a subcommand-specific set of tvbench_ volumes, then sample the tick length again after a delay and report the before/after TPS so the trigger-volume contribution to the tick is visible. The post-spawn sample is scheduled back onto the world thread without blocking it, since World is an Executor.
